Advanced Purification of Water & Elimination of Limescale

The technology in the dual action water system utilizes a parallel water flow in a multi-step process that results in an increased purification time and no loss of water pressure.

1. Parallel Flow

The water flow is diverted into two parallel flows which effectively divides the flow rate in half to each filter. This doubles the surface area and contact time for the water to travel through the media canisters and increase catalytic reactivity and purification efficiency.

2. Water enters canisters with purification medias:

Each canister is an identical duplicate with the same proprietary blend of several purification medias including electrochemical, catalytic, filtration and adsorption. They are designed specifically to function symbiotically in one media processing canister that enhances their performance.

The purification medias processes the water in stages

Stage 1- Removal of:

Chlorine, metals, pesticides, trihalomethanes (THM’s),
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s), radon

Stage 2- Removal of

Chlorine, iron, manganese, rust, heavy metals
Lead, arsenic, mercury
Microorganisms, bacteria, algae, fungi
Sulfides – improving taste and reducing odors

3. Water Pressure

By diverting the water flow into half and then recombining it after it has gone through the purification canister; there is no drop in water pressure and there is a constant flow of water on demand. Gauges will detect a differential drop in pressure between the incoming water and the water supply to the house which indicates the need for media replacement.

4. HydroCare eliminates limescale

HydroCare unit is attached to the pipe for the elimination of limescale and to increase media efficiency.
