This Humidex model is aesthetically designed with whisper quiet technology for living quarters. It uses only 31 watts of electricity and can condition an area of up 2,000 sq. ft. A dedicated 6” vent through the wall is required. They have been installed in HUD projects, public housing, and have been used by property managers nationwide to reduce mold and structural damage and avoid legal issues. The APT-120 TPHC is a tamper-proof, hard connect unit ideal for property managers.

NOTE: In apartments, the vent installation through the wall will require approval from management.
